Laughter Yoga
In Kingston, Ontario, on demand I, Rolf Sattler, facilitate meditations such as dancing meditation and laughing meditation, including Laughter Yoga. Laughter Yoga comprises three components: a little stretching, deep breathing, and many laughter exercises. Laughing is fun, relaxing, and beneficial in many ways, for our health, relationships, harmony, peace, and spiritual growth. As one spiritual master said, one can laugh one's way to enlightenment.
