Laughter, including Laughter Yoga

Laughing is fun, relaxing, and beneficial in many ways for our health, relationships, harmony, peace, and spiritual growth. As one spiritual master said, one can laugh one's way to enlightenment.

In Kingston, Ontario, on demand, I (Rolf Sattler) facilitate meditations such as laughing meditation, including Laughter Yoga. To book a session on laughter yoga with me please do it through the Janati Yoga School.

Laughter Yoga comprises three components: a little stretching, deep breathing, and many laughter exercises. Laughercize utilizes additional exercises that induce spontaneous laughing.
